The big difference between a Vancouver mining PP and rights offering ? Locale. The "quick" PP done at a soon-to-be-deep-discount is hatched at the local Ho' Street drinking establishment. The rights offering is hatched at the corporate lawyer's office. Is the aforementioned PP ever offered to shareholders ? C'mon, get real. That would be taking money out of the Ho' Street Boy's Club "Keeping up with the Jones's new Condo and Jag" Fund. ESPECIALLY ON VANCOUVER "HOT NEW DISCOVERY" SHARE-CARVE-UPS. ESPECIALLY NOW, WHERE MINING IS THE UGLY, RETARDED SISTER or THE "FRANK" OF THE STOCK MARKET. The Ho' Street Boy's Club were starting to eat KD at their desks instead of their three martini lunches followed by six martini dinners at Il Giardino or Chardonnay's. VERRRRY PREDICTABLE.
