Jim, I just got off the phone with Robert Hardy TRIT(e)CEO
says they are in the process of completing and
filing required SEC forms. No time-table given.
Says they are working too hard on these filings
to take time to answer phone calls. Our conversation
was quite short, but indicated he is quite concerned
that the company do well
