A friend has an interesting and plausible market theory which I will share here He feels that the market is going to tank down to around 3200 before the Fed meeting. His reasoning is that the NAZ players don't want an .50 rate hike, because it would really dampen the market...so the players are going to collapse the market ahead of the FED meeting so that when they meet they will not feel it is necesary to raise rates by a half point....
