THE FAGAN REPORT Latest excerpt on IWA INTERIM MARKET REPORT #46 APRIL 29, 2000
INTERNATIONAL WAYSIDE GOLD MINES LTD. (IWA - CDNX) <http://www.wayside-gold.com/>. As I've said before, IWA is producing the type of high-grade gold exploration results from its Cariboo Gold Quartz project near Wells, BC, that demand attention. It's stock has been one of the top performers both price and liquidity-wise since the hint of a major discovery was released a month ago. The only thing keeping the really big money on the sidelines in IWA right now, is confirmation that the high-grade discovery has continuity along strike and to depth.
On April 17, IWA reported, 'Core for drill hole BC 2K-09 is in for assay. Drill holes BC 2K-14, 15, and 16 are being logged. Drilling has commenced on BC 2K-17 at -66 degrees from the same setup as BC 2K-16, which is 600 feet along strike from BC 2K-13.' If you look at the drill hole location map at <http://www.wayside-gold.com/>, you will clearly see that the results from these holes will go a long way in answering the question of the deposit's continuity. At this moment, I see IWA as a drill hole play for only very experienced mining stock speculators. I you fit that description, pay close attention to IWA's next set of results. This play certainly has its own risk factors. On the other hand, it has tremendous potential and is providing one of the very few liquid trading situations on the CDNX at this time.
