Garry, can you tell me how many POPs your co. owns, and how much capital is required to build a new one? Your S-1 indicates that you primarily lease access to POPs owned by other companies, but that you also own POPs in California and are planning to build more in northern CA. However the S-1 does not quantify the number of POPs you own, which is the reason I am asking now. Also, can you comment on whether you believe that GTE bought BBN primarily for its POPs?
