Why did they not hire Boises? 1. I believe they hired the same firm that represented Kodak in an earlier successful appellate victory (represented by lead defense counsel Warren) in a case very much related to this one. 2. Same firm that represented Microsoft in earlier appellate victory over the DOJ -lead attorney was Richard Urowsky was hated by Judge Jackson. It is widely know, that these guys do their best work in the appellate area.
