There are two kinds of people leaving HSA:

1. Being let go for not getting the job done
2. Moving on to other opportunities

Unfortunately HSA seems to be like a bunch of hamsters in a cage. An awful lot of noise and commotion being generated but very little smart effective work being accomplished.

It seems so far that the new CEO Dan Obrien can't get anything done other than trim costs (firing people and closing a new NOC that was created) as well as bringing more of his buddies from that other company PrimeStar which also went into the toilet eventually.

In summary HSA needs a leader who can give the company direction and more importantly a vision for they still have an opportunity to eventually succeed.

cheers,

n.p.
