Mooster,
Maybe. Nothing new in the filings. That 12 to 15 gap has made life for CYGN watchers pretty exciting of late, eh? I suspected institutions have been climbing aboard again. Not everyone has filed their 13Fs yet, but of those who have for the 1Q, buying outweighs selling by 133,000 shares. Thompson I-watch says today's action is mostly retail. So inconclusive there. I've been hearing about a return of the mo players. Looking for companies with decisions/deals imminent, like CYGN or CLPA. This may be spooking weak shorts, of which there are probably many. That's my guess, right now.
