I bought CPVD,because i fully trust A@P DD on it,
and also liked the last PR.
Tony is a very smart Cookie my friend.
He knows that day traders want to make a quick
$ on it, so he washes his hands. If you read me:
Means you want to make $$$ you will have to
wait. All of a sudden and sometime i do not know
when,boommmmmm.Just like NUTK back 1999.
Because i am a day trader i did not keep NUTK
for long so i made 1k and sold early.
Then one day went boommmm. But TAKI had 0 shares then.
I kind of think that we might see the same here.
He does that mostly on penny stocks.
But when he goes long on penny stock he knows
is better be a good company.
So that is the A@P thinking. He knows better.
(COMTEX) B: CompuSonics Video Announces Plan to License Patents
B: CompuSonics Video Announces Plan to License Patents

WEST BLOOMFIELD, Mich., Apr 28, 2000 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- CompuSonics
Video Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: CPVD) announced that it will begin to
launch a formal program to attempt to license its patent portfolio relating to
data compression technology. The Company has completed the initial phase of a
review to identify potential target companies that provide services or offer
electronic products that may use data compression technology similar to that
covered by the patents in which the Company has an interest.

The Company's U.S. and foreign patents cover fundamental techniques for digital
recording and playback of audio and video data. Compression of digital data, now
in widespread use, has become increasingly important for transmitting audio and
video signals over the Internet and wireless systems, due to the inherent
bandwidth limitations of these systems. The popularity of new storage and
delivery systems such as DVD and video-on-demand add to the demand for data
compression, as storage mediums shrink in size and the trend continues toward
remote storage and retrieval of data.

The Company will be contacting the target companies in the near future with a
written offer of a license under the Company's patents. The terms of each
license will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis. The Company stated that
although it has not yet completed its analysis to determine whether any
infringements have occurred, it believes that a number of the target companies
may want to seriously consider taking a license under the Company's patents as a
way of resolving any conflicts that may exist as a result of their possible use
of our patented technology. The company also indicated that it is continuing to
study the market in an attempt to identify other companies that may require a
license. Coincident with this initial licensing effort, the company will
continue the process of determining the relationship between the technology
covering its patents and the use of similar technology in today's marketplace as
it seeks its licensing opportunities.

The statements included in this news release concerning predictions of economic
performance and management's plans and objectives constitute forward- looking
statements made pursuant to the safe harbor provisions of Section 21E of the
Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and Section 27A of the Securities
Act of 1934, as amended. These statements involve significant risks and
uncertainties that could cause actual results to differ materially from the
forward-looking statements. Factors which could cause or contribute to such
differences include, but are not limited to, factors detailed in the Company's
Securities and Exchange Commission filings; the ability of the Company to
determine whether infringements have occurred on its patents, the ability of the
Company to license its technology to other companies, the scope of the Company's
patents as it relates to technology in today's marketplace, economic downturns
affecting the operations of the Company or any of its business operations, and
the unavailability of financing to complete management's plans and objectives.
The forward-looking statements contained in this press release speak only as of
the date hereof and the Company disclaims any intent or obligation to update
these forward-looking statements.
