I am pretty sure but not positive that the final lock-up period is on May 18. The same day that earnings are announced. The few shares that are sold due to the lock-up expiration are being gobbled up by institutional buying. Also, a lot of people will hold because positive earnigs will be announced (my guess is .04-the whisper number is .02). James
