That explains a lot - thanks - DeBeers got in first with several permits in the Knee and Oxford Lake area, Kennecott was next in between Knee and Oxford Lake and the Fox River Sill where Broken Hill filed several months ago... None of the ground was staked, it was acquired by permit on the last day of permit season. The Kennecott permits are pending and DeBeers has been assigned permit numbers 167 to 169...
