Morrell and I spoke minutes ago...
Hello all...
Had a conversation with Morrell today.
Getting to the point...
At this time there are no issues with FDA...en cue and on schedule.
Mike said they expect it any day or near the mid to end of this month...at this point it is anybody's guess...but all requests and requirements to this point from FDA have been submitted to and adhered to...therefore no forseen problems on the horizon.
Analyst coverage Mike expects very very shortly following FDA approval if not possible some before...and not just boutique guys either...did not discuss any names but Mike said there are major players that have been inquiring about CYBR and it's operations, and it is believed much will come about over the next quarter as the FDA milestone is reached.
Focus right now with CYBR is Taiwan and a definitive agreement...and they are progressing along the "other" South Asian entity mentioned in the Conference Call, very well...nothing specific but stated to be progressing as expected and the interest in the Asian part of the world continues to exceed even CYBR's managements original expectations.
Should the unforseen(read-not likely) take place like a postponement of the FDA label here at home, Mike will turn up the volume outside domestic waters...as they are more than busy on these fronts at this time...with some of our staff dispatched in the Far East at this time.
Should FDA pass as expected...just as we all expected, CYBR will be much more free to discuss in depth on its future plans and partnerships, since the FDA non-disclosure issue would not longer be an issue in place.
Mike feels there is also a collaborative affect or a conspiracy campaign by the short attacks out there against CYBR and for that matter Bornstein himself...and when the time is right, they have intentions of looking into the hatchet jobs being done on some of the threads as well as the media, but right now the focus, sole focus is on opertations, and order penetration continuous...in Mikes words..."yeah we will when things are in place and all of our ducks are in a row operations wise, we are considering looking into possible legal issues arising from the hack job being done on us...but right now and the immediate future we have a business to run with a product in great demand."
As to the Canadian Investors....Mike and staff will be in Toronto Ontario May 29th and Montreal Quebec May 30th, and stated he will if desired form a informal meeting with the Canadian Investors who can be availed on those dates in those cities...he will not have the EHC in tow for demo but if shareholders are interested in discussing some of the aspects of CYBR he is more than willing to meet with any and all as a group, and that more information on that trip will be forthcoming, or a list of attendee's can be compiled and e-mailed into CYBR from which a time for a meeting can be established.
I also asked him if we could get a EHC demonstration in Minniapolis right in American Telecares back yard...which I myself would attend and I know that many from the surrounding areas of N.Ontario where my Dad and brother have put others onto the stock would attend as well...but we need a US resident there to co-ordinate those efforts...so if we can get enought interest for Minneapolis from anybody on this thread either posting or lurking, to inform the thread of thing it would be great...I can promise appx 10 or so individuals from my own clan who will make the trip in a heartbeat.
One other thing...CYBR is in the late stage negotiations with some major players on domestic soil in regards to licensing/manufacturing over and above Colin...and this has been discussed at the Conference Call and on this thread in the past...and Mike was very excited about the progess these talks have made to date and looks for developments to come out of things over the next little while.
Some of this stuff today is old hat, but relevant just the same...points to ponder...is it better at this point to be in the stock with as much to come then it is to be out watching from the sidelines?..and I ask that in all sincerity void of hype or suggestion, for it is a real question and it begs to be answered.
And I can't answer that for anybody except for myself...and I made my own choice a year ago to this month.
And it was an easy one to make...
