Hey Dave,
I think it will become readily apparent, as the company takes on a life of it's own in the energy game, that some heavy-duty oilpatch players will have to step in - or the whole show will need to be peddled to EXXON, etc.
You don't hire a 7-11 unit manager to run the Thoracic Surgical Wing at Boston General; and, it's damn unlikely that a former Real Estate agent will cut it as the long-term head of LGOV either. We're past the stage where a liberal arts major can muddle through, and the pace and pressures will only increase with time.
If you look at other companies that are making it, like AQCI; you'll find that they employ CPA's like KPMG to mind the books and do the filings. Rather than depending on some disconnected collection of unknown, former something-or-others that don't even rate honorable mention on the website....
If you want to build a Semiconductor FAB, you hire DPR, Inc. to manage the construction; and it gets done on-time, under-budget, with no accidents. If you want to whack together a cheap chicken coop, I guess you can rustle up some unemployed hammer-slingers using notes left on the board at the co-op, and make do.
That seems to be "..Manana's.." current level of effort; a little Band-aid here - a little spackle there..... Hard to break old habits.
Meanwhile back at the ranch, ol' Deng is over there doing 7/12's making the business "...boom.." - according to Newport Beach.
It will be kind of interesting to see when they finally PR last weeks leak about LGOV receiving the Vietnam oil supply contract.
