Zeev: Re: MTSN. Great company but remember the earnings have the NOL carryforward that will disappear as earnings increase. Right now an effective tax rate of 10% going up towards 35% (although not this year). Still a good company (I bailed too soon on this one) but I'm staying away from all semi equipment co's until the SEC revenue recognition issue is resolved. Tim
