dba Telecom Announces SmarTsync
May 1, 2000, North Vancouver, B.C. -- dba Telecom Corporation (CDNX: DBA) announces the release of SmarTsync, a unique software tool that enables fast installation and customization of dba Telecom's SmarTalk series of business phone systems. SmarTsync is available immediately in North America, Asia and Europe to the telephone service providers and value-added resellers who sell and install SmarTalk phone systems.
Garry Hines, CEO of dba Telecom, said, "SmarTsync earned great reviews from our value-added resellers in pre-release trials. It generates new sales opportunities for them by enabling significant customization of SmarTalk systems, and increases their profits by cutting installation times in half."
SmarTsync is a time saving customer support tool that allows settings from one customized phone to be uploaded to a PC then downloaded to an unlimited number of other phones. SmarTsync is designed to copy phone settings including speed dial and directory lists, button layouts, and feature access codes for Centrex or PABX switches. Resellers can also email configuration files to dba Telecom to get expert support on phone settings prior to installation.
