Who is talking about "picking" ?
Informed people means educated people,[this does not necessarily mean people with MBA's or PhD's, but rather ordinary people that read and comprehend, objectively what the issues at hand are], willing to participate in a process, I have not mentioned the word "picked".
Somewhere along the line, we'll find out who your chosen elite are, and who it is that is to be demonized.
Along WHAT line ? and WHY are they MINE ? YOU, not I, are speaking of elites. I am not "choosing" anybody, merely answering your question.
