Yes I hold qsii. I have used it to cure my insomnia although I am
still hopeful that better times lie ahead. Thank you for the chart
on clmt. I know things take time after such extreme selling but I
think for reasons I already specified that the selling was way over-
done and the group is returning to favor, small caps are returning
to favor, and my guess is that for longer term types like yourself
you will be well served owning this one.

I think as some of these small caps correct there will be another
buying opportunity. With networking stocks holding up well check
out xyln. I'd be curious to see your stuff on that one.

I think there is a good chance that once the details of the capital
gains tax cut are released that there will be a large dose of selling.
However, in small cap stocks like clmt and xyln there probably will
not be very much selling because I don't think anyone has any
capital gains!

By the way, the esix should close in the second quarter. Depending
how you feel about hboc, esix is cheap. Below 60 esix shareholders
get 1 share of hboc for every 2 shares of esix. However, above
60 the ratio changes.

Good luck!
