I am in TURF now too....LOL I have lots of internet stocks now!!! Oh well value investing turns to the internet. TURF is really having problems with the DLIA deal. DLIA is in a really sticky situation IMO. First they have borrowed significantly and are not generating the desired results. Their creditors are concerned about the situation enough that DLIA cannot currently spin off TURF to their stockholders. Since DLIA previously stated that they would be spinning off their interest in TURF there may be some legal issues involved. TURF being a sub. of DLIA is caught in a tough spot. I think that 44% of the stockholders in TURF can make enough noise (legally) that DLIA does not have the best interest of the TURF stockholders in mind. Since DLIA already flip flopped on the spinoff to their own share holders I think they (DLIA holders) would support any kind of action. Because of the unknown factor that has the share price where it is $4.75. I bought a little here because I think that Kahn is going to get pinched here and have to make up his mind. I say that TURF is either sold outright or DLIA's interest is sold. Either way the TURF stockholders will benefit significantly.

Turf has shown a sharp increase in revenue in the last year. The last Quarter TURF had revenue on a par with MSFT on a per share basis. This company will be profitable they just need to shake the DLIA hangover...I think that time is near.
