SB, have been a "Zonie" for a long time, just thought the research was solid and the zone diet seemed proportionately right from a common sense feel as well. I'm not a fanatic, just try to choose my foods with a little more forethought.
Plus, I was a carbo and especially sugar addict, and still fight urges on desserts etc a lot.
