The SAP Clarify partnership rumor noted by Tom and also by a big 5 firm would be a disaster for SAP and a nonevent for SEBL.

If it's a stop gap measure until SAP tries to deliver their own, who's going to make a massive short term commitment to Clarify?

It will derail SAP's internal sales efforts and open the doors for SEBL.

If it's a permanent partnership, will it take years to rebuild Clarify using SAP's proprietary language? Kevin Rose would probably go nuts.

At most this would impact only the installed base of SAP customers, which wasn't exactly fertile SEBL hunting ground anyhow. I think there's uh, shall we say, about 100 times the target market outside of SAP's installed base.

I'd guess the S&P addition could be good for a nice pop.
