Howard, I participated in the Conference Call. I really cannot say many bad things about the call. Literally everything was looking up across the boards. Backlog exploded and what's even greater it exploded across both the materials Division and SPM Division's Products lines- so not narrowly focused.

Looking forward Mr. Raker said it looks good multiple quarters into the future. Backlog up 45% over just one quarter, and a second surprise acquisition announcement made of an Englehard Division. Add the expansion of the AlSiC facilities in San Diego, the acquisition of APC, and now the acqusition of the Englehard Division (most of which were expensed this quarter- and they still made $0.14/share compared to $.04/share last year comparables), and also had major cash flow, and the additional move into the assembly areas- Looks really good going forward....
