Hi,

I just sent CYMI investor relations an e-mail note today expressing my dismay at the stock price and my dis-satisfaction with the way they were projecting their image and telling their story on Wall St. Didn't expect a reply, but got one. It is attached for your info.

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. With your CYMI holdings, I
certainly understand your concerns. Let me assure you that Cymer management is
very concerned about maximizing stockholder value, and none of us here are happy
with the Street's short term concerns. We have modified our corporate/financial
presentation to reflect the new message we need to convey to the street, and the
more accurate way the street should be viewing the company. This new story will
be presented in New York later this week, and we're hoping it will have a
positive impact. After the presentation, we'll continue to evaluate it and
refine it as necessary to insure that it is true, accurate, and effective. We
want all of our stockholders to be happy they are owners of the company over
time. Please feel free to contact me again when necessary.
Regards,
Terry Slavin >>

Not sure what their modifications are, but it seems that at least they are aware they need to do a better job of presenting their story to Wall St.

Regards,

Knip
