Siebel Systems (SEBL) 123 -5/16: Will replace CBS Corp. (CBS) in the S&P 500 Index - date to be announced; CBS is being acquired by S&P component Viacom (VIA.B) pending FCC approval; Viacom will replace CBS in the S&P 100 Index. All companies in the S&P 100 are also in the S&P 500. SEBL shares were bid as high as $134 after the close; see press release.
