Additionally, Pleasant Rowland has also resigned from the board, remaining in charge of The Pleasant Company She must rue the day she sold out to Mattel. She got a bundle of money, but I think they are in the process of dragging the company she created down into the mud with them. If we're lucky, Mattel will spin her off and she can try to pick up the pieces. The real irony is, she's probably the only person at Mattel who knows how to run a company and knows how to market toys.
