Jim Willie. Shareing Cash--this is exactly why tracking stocks like this should be outlawed. They are subject to conflict of interest that would never be tolerated in any other circumstances. The poor smucks that bought AWE think that they invested in a wireless company. But in reality AT&T's board will decide what to do with the 10 billion. Wait two months and see what AWE sells for. No knowledgable investor would have itIMHO. JohnG
