Well, my opinion regarding BBN being sold at $29 has little to do with the fact that I'm a shareholder; the price is just too low (in respect to BBN's current, and future, financial prospects).

I look at it this way: AOL has agreed to pay BBN $700 million over the next several years, and this is just *one* contract/revenue stream. So how can $616 million for the whole company seem a rational, fair value price?

Unfortunately, it now seems talks with AT&T have been stopped. As a result, I am becoming a bit concerned that $29 may in fact be the final price. If so, BBN management has failed the shareholdres...

regards,

JS
