Merrill Lynch To Call Oracle Protected Growth Securities

NEW YORK -(Dow Jones)- Merrill Lynch & Co. (MER) plans to call on May
19 all outstanding Oracle Corp. (ORCL) indexed callable protected growth
securities due March 31, 2003.
In a press release Monday, Merrill Lynch said the securities are
listed on the American Stock Exchange under the symbol OPG.
Merrill Lynch will call the securities at 132% of their $10 principal
amount per unit, or $13.20 a unit.
The AMEX began trading all 3.1 million of Oracle's protected growth
securities on March 16, 1998.
