John, I hope you find Schwab better. I have also been with E-Trade for several years. I think 99.9% of the time I have been very happy with them. There have been occasions where it was very frustrating. (Site wouldn't work, etc..) But, I sort of think you may have that experience with anyone when it comes to trusting the computer to work as we want it to. Frank
