Hi Frank. My grief was never with ETrade's computer system. It was always with dealing with their people on the telephone. They respond to problems with complete indifference, incompetence, and postponement. Getting an answer, any answer, from ETrade is an exercise in complete futility for me, and I'm a Power ETrade user. I honestly always felt like I was dealing with Beavis and Butthead on the other end, and I sincerely don't intend that remark to be humorous in the least. I'm being very serious. It's a travesty. I'm glad you've had pleasant experiences with ETrade. Good luck. Best Regards, John
