Sounds reasonable! Any country with vast areas of
PreCambrian rock exposures should be a good place to do exploration for PGE's. Exploration (and mine development) is easier ( in some regards, environmental and permitting regs. excluded) in politically stable countries.

I would like to hear all the opinions!
