SAP partnering with Clarify makes no sense to me unless the parent company can bring something to the table I'm not aware of. Aside from that possibility, if SAP partners with Clarify it says a lot more about SAP's management than Clarify or Siebel. SAP just standardized their MySap.com on Siebel and now they're going to switch to Clarify? It reminds me of when Baan bought Aurum but later decided to use someone else's front office software internally (can't remember who.) Look at the trouble Baan is having.
