It looks like Cascades will finally be released in Q2 with speed of 800MHz, 2MB L2
Merced will debut in Q3 at 733 MHz (they seem to have a lot of trouble with the clockspeeds), moving to 800 MHz in Q4
Foster will be introduced in Q1 2001
Foster to have 256K L2, 1M integrated L3. Hmm... Interesting, don't you think? I think Mustang's larger L2 should perform better than L1/L2/L3 of Foster
