OT I do not want to start a political debate, but this has some relevance to foreign (me) investing. Yes, Bill's got some problems, and Al, well, let's not go there. But W, he's downright scary. When I was in Florida on business recently I caught an interview with W on the box. When asked "Exactly what are America's spheres of influence that might justify some form of intervention?" (paraphrase), W's response kindly left out only Australia I recall. Your choices are not grand I will admit. --Allan
