The juxtaposition of "www.anthonyelgindy.com" and "www.truthfinder.com" leads me to believe that truthfinder is merely a typo for truthseeker, since you and Elgindy are close associates. Why else would "The Durant Livermore Cutten and Bliss" give Elgindy credit for the "bear raid" on ANTS, which you say he was NEVER SHORT, but you admittedly were advising people to sell?
Further evidence of your involvement is your continued presence on this board, as well as the Raging Bull thread, where you fail to offer anything of substantive value, but continue to do nothing more than make postings with the purpose of harassment. It is my opinion that you are doing this in support of a greater conspiracy to injure the public shareholders of ANTS who acquired their shares in the public marketplace. You can be sure that the SEC is indeed investigating this.
Furthermore, as I have previously stated, I am in favor of full disclosure and market transparency in the securities markets. I am NOT in favor of conspiracies to illegally influence the price of any security. We appear to have one developing here, with the tactics previously used by Laurins,et al., who in my opinion are still publishing "The Durant Livermore Cutten and Bliss Report", an admitted SHORT SELLING REPORT, surfacing once again. We have the poster "Incittatus" going to the edge of barratry in an attempt to inspire a class action lawsuit against the company. We have other posters spreading disinformation and misinformation in an effort to encourage stockholders to sell. We have other posters attempting to use psychological warfare against the stockholders by using the ruse of DD to ask questions about the company which no stockholder not involved in management could possibly know. All this and more while you and the other posters involved in this effort spend hour after hour on this and other threads. You all have a motive and an agenda here, and it is not in the best interest of the public shareholders of ANTS.
You say, "exposing the truth is not against the law". Then why weren't you forthcoming with candid responses to the many questions that I posed to you? Why did I have to answer many of them for you? Was it because you thought that your criminal associations might go undiscovered if you did not respond? What kind of credibility can you have, linked with persons convicted of criminal activity?
