 SANTA ANA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 2, 2000--

Jubii of Denmark Has Licensed Full NQL(TM) 1.0 Infrastructure
Technologies to Accelerate Development of New Content Management,
 E-Commerce and Wireless Services
One of Europe's largest Web portals has licensed multiple editions of AlphaServ.com's (Nasdaq:ALMI) Network Query Language (NQL) as its Internet software development platform to create a wireless service and to accelerate deployment of innovative new information and e-commerce services to more than 1.5 million users.

In expanding a relationship with AlphaServ.com and its NQL Solutions Division, Jubii A/S of Denmark has licensed the full suite of NQL software modules, which enable Internet solution providers to simplify their programming processes in creating e-commerce and business-to-business procurement Web sites, Web-based corporate information systems and personalized mobile computing solutions.

Jubii earlier licensed NQL Spotlight(TM), a software application that enables developers to automate the retrieval and organization of Web content into a structured database form for easier access and utilization. The Danish company is using NQL Spotlight to manage a comprehensive Danish real estate listing for public visitors.

Jubii announced an agreement in March to be acquired by Spray, a leading European portal network. Upon completion of the acquisition, Jubii will be part of one of Europe's five largest portals, serving more than six million individual customers monthly.

The agreement comes a week after release of a full production version of NQL, which is targeted to Internet service providers, integrators, value-added resellers, original equipment manufacturers and large-end users.

"The expanded licensing of NQL workstation, server and desktop runtime editions will enable Jubii to bring new and innovative services to our customers and visitors in a fraction of the time required by traditional technologies," said Kasper Larsen, Jubii partner and sales director. "NQL Solutions technologies are making a significant impact on our business."

Jubii shares a common need for speed, efficiency and intelligence in content management around the globe, according to Douglas J. Tullio, chairman, chief executive officer and president of AlphaServ.com. NQL Solutions' unique use of intelligent agents "enables partners to collect, integrate, manipulate and deliver information with unprecedented precision across multiple platforms at a time when Web content is doubling every two months," he said.

"Jubii is a prime example of our strategy to build on existing customer relationships. By providing additional technology over time, we can capitalize on internal account growth."
