STBY, I am still pulling my DD together on this one. It is looking very, very, very interesting. The vermiculite industry is a gigantic industry. It is growing leaps and bounds. So many of you are asking what is vermiculite? No, it is not cow dung. LOL. One of the industries it is used in the most is the landscaping industry. Most professional landscapers use nothing but vermiculite landscaping mix. Vermiculite is the key ingredient in the landscaping mix to help retain water. In Texas, where I live, we all know water is a commodity. When one uses vermiculite in its landscape mix; he will cut his watering down ten fold. Trust me I know.
