Advanced Optics Electronics Inc. is gratified at the overwhelming vote at ADOT's Annual Meeting for the increase of the authorized shares. The final vote was 94.39 percent for and 5.30 percent against and .32 percent abstention, of total votes cast. 2. The company is pleased to welcome as a director of Advanced Optics Electronics Inc.
