Acer Digital Services Group (ADSG), the Internet headquarters of the Acer Group, develops 1to80.com.
Under the terms of the agreement, eduverse.com will provide 1to80.com with its current and future online educational software. eduverse.com's products will be localized into simplified and traditional Chinese text for the 1to80.com web sites in Greater China. However, 1to80.com's web sites in ASEAN countries will offer the courses in English.
