Peter, Have you been following NMTC? Their registration statement states: "Our subwavelength solution exceeds the predictions of industry roadmaps by producing semiconductors with feature sizes of 0.09 micron and below using existing semiconductor equipment." sec.gov How significant is the .09 micron frontier? And how much money might it save a fab if they can achieve such dimensions without retooling, as they imply? NMTC's management team consists of a mixture of seasoned semi design veterans and Stanford engineering professors.
