Stansbury Holdings Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: STBY) announced today that
it has assumed responsibility for the operation of its Dillon Vermiculite
Project near Dillon, Montana, and has expanded its hours of operation from 40
hours per week, to 24 hours per day, seven days per week.
The mill manager is in the process of hiring, and providing requisite
training for, the additional staff, who are expected to be scheduled to
undertake the full work week in a few days.
A large volume dryer has been installed in the mill, capable of handling
sufficient tonnage to allow the mill itself to operate full time. The entire
mill product of concentrated vermiculite has been allocated to customers, with
no surplus production foreseen.
Operations of the mine portion of the plant will occur only during the day
shift, but the mining will result in a sufficient stockpile of ore to feed the
mill in continuous 24 hour operation.
