LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 2, 2000--Vidnet.com, a division
of Entertainment Boulevard Inc. (OTCBB:EBLD), one of the Internet's

announced an agreement with Listen.com, the Internet's comprehensive
music and music artists directory, under which Listen.com's artists'
pages will include links to music videos on Vidnet.com.
Through its directory, Listen.com provides a guide to the most
popular and biggest name artists with music on the Web. The directory
currently categorizes and reviews more than 60,000 artists in 600
music genres. Listen.com has received funding from all five major
record labels.
