Gawd, I hope I'm posting this before sand wedge gets to it.

If memory serves correctly, the term isn't used in The Gorilla Game (at least it's not in the index).

I owe sand wedge one dollar because he found use of the word on page 111, 3rd paragraph of the revised edition. I hope he doesn't charge me interest on the delayed payment.

The fact that it's only been found in one place (so far) supports my contention at the time and yours now.
