Go Online Networks Corp. Announces International Investor Relations Initiative

BUENA PARK, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 2, 2000--Joseph Naughton, Chairman of Go Online Networks Corp. (OTCBB:GONT) announced today that several initiatives are currently underway intended to increase international awareness of the company among both Institutional and individual Investors.

- Go Online Networks Corp. will be directing a marketing campaign to pre-qualified brokers and institutional investors in the United States.

- The company is making application for foreign listing on a European Stock Exchange.

- Go Online Networks Corp. will be initiating an investor relations campaign targeting European investment entities including, Brokers, Analysts, Institutional Investors, and Individual Investors.

"In a short time frame Go Online Networks Corporation has made tremendous progress hi-lighted by the installation of over 200 Internet kiosks and the completion of our ShopGoOnline.com business model. We now have enough substance to attract the attention of investment entities interested in companies beyond early stage development.
