I'm from the Chicago area... LOAD THE BOAT ON RCNC - bank on it !

I trade the Oil & Gas sector; but this caught my eye and I contacted the sharpest guy in the entire space (who has done no underwriting - has no relationship with RCNC, Hicks Muse, LVLT, Vulcan etc):he thinks:

"they have the single most undervalued broadband asset domestically - cents on the dollar here, 1/3rd of "sum of parts in a distress cash sale - retiring debt "etc - unquote.

The 21st Century Acquisition is EXTREMELY BULLISH - again a quote; "gives them entre~ to the top midwestern market with mgmt, back office and a salesteam ALLREADY on the street running - he LOVED this acquisition !!!!!!!!!!

OWN THE PIPES !

Ohhhh PS: he also said - " you can mortgage the farm that the coming earnings report will be on plan & will be upbeat & bullish and that McCourt's enthusiasm over Chicago will be worth 10 points movement in the stock alone"... "$12 per share net cash on the books & fully funded buildout !" - own it large.

NOTHING HAS CHANGED - opportunity knocks.

Bollinger Bands are sooooo tight; a post on Yahooo mentioned that Bondholders for 21st Century were shorting the RCNC common to lock in/arbitrage their position untill deal was closed (makes sense to me); so now they must buy to close out their position into the earnings report.... load up, enjoy - free money.

PS - AT&T's "CC" endoresed RCNC's model bigtime imho ! - in that they acknowledged that they are getting their lunch eaten by these nimble smaller bundled service providers and that broadband is the wave.

It simply doesnt get any better than this...
