Hey Dave. I was just looking at that one. I come up with 27.5. COunting the Xs from 15.5 to 19 (the buy sig after the sell sig) gives us 8 Xs.. thus (8*3)/2+15.5= 24/2+15.5= 12+15.5= 27.5= good looking chart IMO. I like those gradual stairstep charts.
