Welcome Slider. You're friend is a smart guy, especially since he agree's with LoF and me<gg>. Interesting comment on the arb play putting pressure on RCN's common. If that's all it is, I can live with that. Keep talking to your contact and pass along any tidbits. As for mortgaging the farm, I've bought RCNC three times over the past two weeks, and I already had a full boat. BV
