Europe along with other issues such as those brought up by Mort Topfer are already factored into the company guidance. There is nothing new here. +30% growth in a company as large as Dell is just fine for me and there are reasons to expect an upside as MSFT and INTC product cycles are continued. :)

Dell's outlook for Europe to come in line with their growth and market share elsewhere is the main point. Dell has said that their marketing methods when properly applied work everywhere (meaning that they weren't applied in Europe and needed the right team, with the right training). I share your confidence in Paul Bell as he has shown success in Dell's European small business effort. I expect Dell will not miss with this management change one way or another.
