Fnord - truth amongst people of your 'quality' is something to bend and partially exclude, something to question without providing answers... something to use in order to procure doubt from investors.

Nothing was stated in that article as a fact - many questions were raised, and answers were only alluded to.. which makes Herbie look weak and like one of your cronies.

Facts are that IF CYBR were doing something that broke FDA rules, FDA would have jumped in an stopped it. They've had many many months to do it, and it's not as if they aren't VERY aware of CYBR. I would sooner question Herbie and his love-slave on their motives and extremely weak posture than the FDA's awareness of CYBR and it's doings.

It is my belief that, much like you do, Herbie and his Boy Wonder twisted what was said to fit a predetermined conclusion - instead of stating all facts and sources, as responsible journalists do. FDA spokepeople SHOULD be named... that's why they have that position. Without a name, I suspect Herbie and his BoyBoy actually lied about the FDA spokesperson they talked to - as there is no danger in quoting the spokesperson by name at the FDA, I am only lead to believe that Herbie must have lied about speaking to anyone at the FDA - much less anyone of authority.
