CUQ-TSE: Value Pick Holding company with three main subs so far. I just got their annual report. They have a PE of 4, no debt and lots of cash in the bank. They are buying and cancelling their own stock as they consider it undervalued. They are sitting on $20 million cash. Only 10 million shares outstanding. They expect revenues to double in five years from $20 / share to $40 / share. They are considering issuing 100% more shares to pursue an acquisition strategy to improve earnings. They plan to increase the share price this year through IR, analyst reports and the recent TSE listing. I've been in and out of this stock since $1. It is currently $1.70.
