Hello Claude There is about 14 million shares out. It appears EDUV is a bearer of good news in a poor market. It seems investors are a lot more cautious on junior tech/internet stocks. I expect more positive news and any one of these could spark the stock, if the stock does not respond, perhaps the market will look for the fundamentals to show in qtr. revenue statements. Ron
